Rebuilt a Node monolith into a FastAPI and React platform for digital twins, document knowledge, organization tenancy, and live voice and video conversations.

Built hybrid RAG for grounded conversations, an append-only minute ledger, and usage metering across personal and organization credit pools.

Turning drawings into coordinated decisions.

Built FastAPI and PostgreSQL services for construction budgeting, CAD intake, and multi-discipline clash detection. Implemented DWG/DXF processing, geometry extraction, long-running workers, and review workflows.

Moved detection onto a local backend pipeline, recovered damaged drawings, and delivered PDF/BCF exports. LLMs supported syntax repair, matching, and advisory review; geometry drove detection.
